Terms and Conditions

Agreement:
Both coach and client sign a coaching agreement before sessions commence. This agreement provides specific information of the coaching process and the services that will be delivered by HOT Marriage Club™.

Payment:
Fees are payable through PayPal - our secure online credit card facility. Payments are made in advance of the first session and an invoice and receipt will be issued.

Refund Policy:
We take your commitment seriously, and do extensive work to prepare for your experience. For these reasons, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. However, any unused coaching sessions, you may reschedule for up to 12 months.

T-Shirts: these items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund.

Mugs: if damaged upon arrival, can be returned for exchange only.

You may receive material directly from us and you may download and use this material for your personal use only. Reproduction of any material for any other purpose is strictly prohibited.

All content, signature style, images, and design belong to HOT Marriage Club™ and may not be used. Reproduction is strictly prohibited without written permission. SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our website/store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our products, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent? When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
